The Division of Educational System Management Leadership (ESML), Department of Educational Policy Management and Leadership, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand has been hosting the annual International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML) since 2022. Each year, the conference refines its themes and formats to reflect evolving trends in the global education landscape and international contexts.

The 1st ICESML in 2022, titled “School Leadership Responsive to National Development in the Disruptive Future,” was held online from April 21-23, 2022, and drew participants from 18 countries worldwide. The 2nd ICESML in 2023, titled “Educational Management Design for Global Transformation,” was organized on April 28, 2023, in a hybrid format and attracted participants from 19 countries. The 3rd ICESML in 2024, themed “Education System Redesign for Creating a Better World for All,” was conducted online on May 31, 2024, featuring 45 presenters and over 350 participants from 16 countries.

Building on the success of its predecessors, the Division of Educational System Management Leadership is honored to announce the 4th International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML 2025), themed “Shaping the Future Leadership and AI in Educational System Management.” The conference is scheduled to take place from May 23-24, 2025, at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University,

The event will feature keynote addresses by esteemed international speakers with deep expertise, academic and research presentations, and workshops dedicated to the practical application of advancements in artificial intelligence within educational system management.

The objective of this conference is to create a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among educators, academics, policymakers, students, and professionals globally to foster a deeper understanding of current and emerging trends in educational management with a focus on innovative and practical approaches in the era of artificial intelligence.

             1. To serve as a platform for educators and practitioners from a variety of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary fields from Thailand and around the world to capture insightful educational system management, school leadership, and other related fields.

         2. To serve as a platform for researchers and graduate students for academic exchange and experience sharing in educational system management.

          3. To promote and extend academic collaborations of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, and affiliated institutes.
