General Instructions:
Abstracts must represent original work and should be written in English.
Indicate one to five relevant themes from the conference tracks for your abstract.
Download the abstract template and adhere to the provided format strictly.
Abstracts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Abstract Format Guidelines:
Abstracts should be concise summaries of research papers, including background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Limit the abstract to one paragraph and 250 words.
Provide keywords, written in lowercase letters and separated by commas, with a maximum of six words.
Avoid subheadings, bullets, lists, and header/footer in the abstract.
Ensure informative and descriptive titles for the abstracts.
Font:
Title: Times New Roman, 12 points, uppercase, bold, centered text.
Body: Times New Roman, 11 points; line spacing: 1, one column of text.
Affiliations:
Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers at the end of the surname.
Use a superscript asterisk for the corresponding author.
Include the names of affiliations with their respective countries.
If there are multiple names and addresses, relate them with superscript numbers.
Provide the email address of the corresponding author with an asterisk.
Reviewing Process:
Abstracts undergo a double-blind peer review within two weeks of receipt.
Results of the review will be sent within two weeks of submission.
Acceptance or rejection, along with reviewer comments, will be communicated.
If revision is necessary, the revised abstract must be resubmitted within one week.
Upon acceptance, an invitation to present at the conference will be issued.
Presentation Formats:
Poster Presentation:
o Use the provided template and upload the poster as JPGs with high resolution.
o Optionally, include a short audio file to accompany the poster presentation.
o Ensure the title fonts are a minimum of 32 and the body font size is a minimum of 20.
o Keep the poster self-explanatory with minimal text and maximum illustrations.
· Oral Presentation:
o Each presenter receives a 20-minute slot, comprising a 15-minute presentation and 5-minute Q&A.
o Use a PowerPoint presentation in 16:9 ratio with embedded videos (no links to external services).

o Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details within 7 days.
Poster Presentation Submission:
o Register and submit general information on the website.
o Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration, along with an abstract template, guidelines, and payment details within 7 days.
o Submit the abstract and follow the review process.
o Upon acceptance, submit the poster before the conference.
· Oral Presentation Submission:
o Register and submit general information on the website.
o Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration, along with an abstract template, guidelines, and payment details within 7 days.
o Submit the abstract and follow the review process.
o Upon acceptance, upload slides or PowerPoint presentations before the conference.
